Elonmusk joins Twitter's board of Directors after Becoming Largest Shareholder

Twitter's new member on the board of directors joined the company, Tesla's CEO Elon Musk has recently been appointed board of directors by Twitter's CEO Parag Agrawal, who was the first person to share the news on the microblogging platform account. Recently Elon Musk purchased 73.5 million shares in Twitter which is 9.2% of the total stack on this social media platform. 

Parag Agrawal tweeted - "we’re appointing @elonmusk to our board!". The tweet clears that both the CEOs had already had conversations in recent weeks before Musk purchased such a shocking amount of shares in the company to become its largest shareholder. In another thread, Parag mentioned - "He’s both a passionate believer and intense critic of the service which is exactly what we need on @Twitter," 

In Reply to that, Elon Musk added - “Looking forward to working with Parag & Twitter board to make significant improvements to Twitter in coming months!”
