Two New AI-based 5G applications has launched by IT Giant HCL for Telecoms Operators

HCL Technologies has launched two new 5G applications for network operators to help them optimize customer experience and reduce energy consumption across their 4G and 5G infrastructure through AI automation. “Our telecommunications portfolio represents our multi-year strategy to develop innovative products for network operators and enterprises globally,” says Sukamal Banerjee, HCL Technologies. 

By using AI-based network automation capabilities, Both these 5G applications help network operators to offer seamless, fast and reliable 5G services even in high traffic congestion areas like city centers. These two energy saving applications developed by HCL, will reduce the operating cost of 5G network delivery, with it's AI capabilities.
